We never imagined that our very first news post would be asking customers not to visit our premises, but these are strange times.
Due to COVID-19 Coronavirus we are politely asking our customers to email over images of damage to their vehicles for estimates rather than visit the premises to minimise the risk of possible spread for the next couple of weeks.
If you cannot email please be assured our reception area is regularly sanitised and we have changed our estimating process so we verbally take down customers’ details instead of handing over a pad and pen.
Of course, we are still open, taking bookings and carrying out repairs as usual. We will sanitise your car and keys for handover after repairs. We are encouraging card payments over cash and our card terminal is sanitised after every transaction.
We are also avoiding handshakes as an extra precaution. Please understand that this is to keep everyone safe and healthy and not because we don’t care about our customers. Thank you for your understanding. Stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you back once all this is over.
